Christmas Wishes by Ryan 6th class
For Christmas i wish to be happy for the war in Iraq to stop.
For the killings to stop, for no rain to fall and bullying to stop.
For snow to fall and presents to all for Christmas
I wish for everyone to be happy
For people in Third World countries to get food and presents and poor people to have food.
Good times by Emma 6th Class
When you wish that you want a fish
Think of others, your brothers and grandmothers
Think of the poor who live outside the door
When your having your feed it’s the least you can do.
It’s snowing outside
It’s warm inside
Your decorating the tree
You like what you see
It’s coming to an end
A new year is around the bend
Morning is here
Santa’s drank all the beer.

Christmas Wishes by Laura 6th class
I wish for snow this year
And for my family to spread lots of cheer
Christmas comes once a year and when it does everyone spreads cheer.
Nobody can wait until the New Year.
Robins are flying in the air and there is Holly everywhere.
So have a good Christmas everyone and i hope you have lots of fun.
We are very grateful to all our patrons and sponsors who have assisted our school to raise much needed finances over the past 12 months. We will be adding a complete list of our patrons shortly and we would actively encourage parents and locals to wherever possible use these facilities and services.
Irish Accommodation Guide-An Online Travel Website offering over 9000 Properties in Ireland. Operated by Dara and Dawn Ward Killinick.
We are delighted to announce that the new Mayglass National School Blog has gone live. This is an exciting venture for this rurally based Wexford School and it is hoped in the coming weeks, months and indeed years that this blog will play a fundamental role in the development of I.T at the school and indeed within the local Mayglass/Ballymore community.
We have decided to go with a blog rather than a traditional website as it will allow far greater participation from our teachers, students, parents and indeed local groups. Mayglass is we feel the first national school in Ireland and perhaps the very first school in the country to opt for an online presence via a blog.
Our hope is to develop this blog with loads of useful local information, school projects, holiday timetables and we also intend adding a unique facility that will allow our visitors to book over 9000 properties throughout Ireland online. This facility is operated by one of our parents and will over time we hope provide some financial resources for further development at the school. We welcome any feedback that you may have and are open to any suggestions you may have on how we can promote and indeed improve our blog in the long term.
